Our instrument is the so-called hand made vintage Powell, with French (open) keys and low B foot.

In 1977, Powell built only 286 flutes, half commercial models and half hand-made.

That means this particular instrument is a bit rare and of the very highest quality.

Embouchure measures 10.3 X 12.2 mm. Sounding length is 636 mm. Plays very well at 440 pitch. The flute weighs 423 grams.
